These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtayq ("phtayq," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtayq online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at https://phtayq.com and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phtayq account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phtayq reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtayq login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phtayq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phtayq immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your phtayq account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play on your account is prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

phtayq accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phtayq reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than play for entertainment.

Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

phtayq does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phtayq's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. phtayq shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

phtayq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtayq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

phtayq is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all players with access to tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available from your account dashboard at any time.

Upon termination for cause, phtayq may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.

You may close your phtayq account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the phtayq Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
